If you are seeing your two or more identical versions of your ConvertBox showing on top of each other then this is almost always because you have the ConvertBox script installed on your site/page multiple times.
This can often happen if you have added the script to your site manually or via GTM but you are also using our WordPress plugin.
The ConvertBox script only needs to be installed once, we recommend adding it into your site header to it is always included on all pages of your site. It’s very important to only install our script on your site once to avoid any technical issues.
If you locate and remove the duplicate scripts then it should resolve the issue, if it does not resolve the issue please reach out to our support team so we can take a closer look.
