If you are contacting support for a technical issue.
If you’re contacting us regarding a technical issue with your ConvertBox, please include the following details so we can help you as efficiently as possible.

1: The name of the Campaign and ConvertBox you are referring to.

2: The URL you are showing the ConvertBox on.

3: Clear details of the issue you are having, include screenshots if possible.

The more details you provide the quicker we can assist you. 🙂

Support team hours

We always aim to reply messages within 24 hours on weekdays, but our average response time is usually much shorter. Our standard support hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, NZST (UTC+12).
