In order to connect to your ESP/CRM and perform actions such as adding to a list/tag etc ConvertBox needs to know the contacts email.
If you are seeing this warning message on your form integrations it is because your form does not have an email field.
When a form does not have any integrations set the form fields will be queued to send on the next form with an integration.
