If you don’t see your service provider listed above then don’t panic just yet you still have a couple of options you can use to connect with ConvertBox.
1 – Using our HTML form integration
Most platforms will offer a plain HTML form for you to embed on your site. You can use this code with our HTML form integration to create a single integration with your form and connect with ConvertBox to collect names and emails. You can view a support article about our HTML integration here.
2 – Using our webhooks
ConvertBox has powerful webhooks that give you the flexibility to use our webhooks with any of your forms. Simply add your webhook URL to submit data to your app or custom integration. You can view a support article about our HTML integration here.
3 – Using Zapier via our webhooks
You can connect directly to Zapier using our webhooks then send the data from Zapier to thousands of other platforms and applications using their simple zap builder. You can view a support article about our HTML integration here.
Which CRM platforms and page builders do you support?
ConvertBox can integrate with any type of HTML site, page builder or ecommerce store quickly and easily.
The only requirement is that your site has the ability to add a small snippet (script) of JavaScript into the header of your site. This is a basic functionality all platforms usually have for adding tracking scripts to your site.
Do you have a WordPress Integration?
Yes, ConvertBox has a dedicated WordPress plugin which makes connecting your WordPress site quick and easy! But if you prefer not to use our plugin you can also simply add our snippet of Javascript code to your site header instead.
Can I use ConvertBox on my shopping cart?
Yes absolutely. Just like a regular site you can use ConvertBox on your checkout pages. if your checkout is hosted on a separate or sub-domain then the only requirement is that you have the ability to add a small snippet of Javascript code into your checkout pages. Most checkout platforms have this ability for tracking scripts.
